Do I have to pay for my policy in one lump sum?
No. You can choose to pay for your policy by monthly instalments to spread the cost of your premium.
What optional extras can I add to my policy?
Breakdown Cover (including Homestart), European Breakdown Cover, Legal Expenses up to £100,000 and Key Cover.
What levels of cover do you offer?
We offer fully comprehensive, third party fire and theft and third party only cover.
Can I renew my policy online?
You can renew your car policy by calling 0845 683 0742 and speaking to a dedicated agent.
Am I insured to tow a trailer or caravan?
Third party liability cover is granted although this does not extend to cover the trailer or caravan itself.
How quickly will I receive my insurance documents?
Your documents will be sent out by first class post within 24 hours of purchase.
Can I get a quote without the vehicle registration number?
Yes you can get a quote without your registration number however this will be required if you choose to purchase the policy.
What is NCD?
No Claims Discounts (NCD), also referred to as No Claims Bonus, is a discount given to drivers who have not claimed on their car insurance policy for a set period. Each year the driver does not make a claim they are rewarded with another years NCD which equates to a larger discount at policy renewal.
Can I view or change my policy online?

Can I get instant cover?
New policies can be purchased online and cover can be arranged, if required, to start the same day.
