Can I renew my policy online?
You can renew your car policy by calling 0845 683 0743 and speaking to a dedicated agent.

Is my garden shed and its contents covered under my policy?

How quickly will I receive my insurance documents?
Your documents will be sent out by first class post within 24 hours of purchase.

Can I view or change my policy online?
Any changes to an existing policy will be dealt with by our customer services team. Please call 0845 683 0743 to make a change.

Can I get instant cover?
New policies can be purchased online and cover can be arranged, if required, to start the same day.

Is it safe to pay for my policy over the internet?
We use Worldpay which is a totally secure online payment function.

How do I retrieve a quote?
On the YouChoose Home insurance age there is the option to "retrieve a quote".

I live in a rented property, can you insure my contents?

Do I get a discount if I have an alarm?
Some of the insurers on the YouChoose Home panel offer a discount for alarms dependent on the system installed.
